Enrolment of Year One pupils for 2004 and 2005

All Malaysian parents (especially the teachers in Sarawak) are informed that the enrolment of Year One pupils in 2004 and 2005 will begin from 1^st March until 31^st March 2003.

The following matters should be noted:

All Malaysian children born on 2.1.1997 until 1.1.1998 (for year 2004), or 2.1.1998 until 1.1.1999 (for year 2005) can be registered at any nearby primary school.

The birth certificate and its photostat copy of the qualified child must be brought along. The water/electricity or telephone bills of the current month are needed to prove one's home address.

Any late registration for the 2004 intake after 31^st March 2003 may be done at the school level, or JPN/District Education Office/Divisional Ed. Office.

	2004年, 2005年一年级新生报名将从 2003年3月1日起至3月31日止。 
	凡是有子女在2.1.97至1.1.98及2.1.98至1.1.1999出生者，可在学校
	办公时间内携带贵子女的出生证及副本，(最新的自来水、电、电话单)，
	前往附近各小学替贵子女报名。

PERMOHONAN PENEMPATAN KANAK-KANAK KE TAHUN SATU TAHUN 2004 dan 2005

Pendaftaran kanak-kanak warganegara Malaysia untuk memasuki kelas Tahun Satu bagi sesi persekolahan 2004 dan 2005 adalah dibuka mulai 1 Mac hingga 31 Mac 2003.

Perkara-perkara berikut mesti diperhatikan:

2.1  	i)	Kanak-kanak yang lahir 2.1.1998 hingga 1.1.1999 untuk tahun persekolahn 2005.
 	ii)	Kanak-kanak yang lahir 2.1.1997 hingga 1.1.1998 untuk tahun persekolahn 2004.

2.2 Semua urusan permohonan penempatan hendaklah dijalankan di peringkat sekolah mulai pada 1 hingga 31 Mac 2003.

2.3 Jadual permohonan penempatan adalah seperti berikut: Tarikh : 1 hingga 31 Mac 2003 Hari : Hari bekerja Masa : Waktu pejabat sekolah
